Shipping

We offer actual shipping based on weight on all orders up to $49. We are proud to offer free shipping on orders over $49 within the USA (including military bases).

Shipping to Canada is a flat rate fee which is based on weight.  If your order is under 2 pounds, shipping will be 5.00.  If your order is between 2 and 4 pounds, shipping will be 10.00.  If your order is between 4 and 6 pounds your shipping will be 15.00.  If your order is over 6 pounds, shipping is 20.00.  All order shipped to Canada also including shipping insurance.  

We generally use United States Postal Service which takes 3-10 days for delivery within the United States.  All shipments are made from Bothell, Washington. Packages can be shipped utilizing USPS First Class, Parcel Post, UPS, or FedEx. 

International Shipping

We are happy to ship to international addresses. Please note that there are certain brands which cannot be shipped internationally. These brands include bumGenius, Flip, and groVia. We will utilize USPS unless we can get a better rate with another currier.  When shipping internationally we will send you your customs number to use for tracking within the US.  Please remember that you will be responsible if there are any customs or duty fees that need to be paid as these are not included in your shipping price and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Times

We aim to ship as quickly as possible after an order is received.  We will try to ship your package within 1 or 2 business days.  If there is a delay for any reason, we will be in contact with you.  We ship packages Monday thru Friday.  You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.  We will include a delivery confirmation number with all packages we ship within the US.  We will make every effort to ensure timely and accurate shipping, if you have any questions or need to change your order for any reason, please contact as quickly as possible and we will do our best to accommodate changes you need to make.  Please note that once an order has been packaged for shipping, we are unable to change your order.

Return Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy, the 30 days are calculated from the order date. Merchandise must be in new, unused, unwashed condition, meaning free of odor, pet hair, lint, smoke, etc., and must also have all original tags and packaging. We cannot accept any returns on used merchandise. Shipping on any returns is the responsibility of the buyer.  For your protection, we recommend you purchase insurance or at the very least get delivery confirmation to make sure your package is traceable and makes it back to us. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You may choose to have the credit returned to either your original form of payment, or issued in the form of store credit. If you chose to have your refund credited to the original form of payment and you received free shipping on the order, the amount of actual shipping will be deducted from your total refund if your remaining order drops below 49.00.

Please note that if your order falls below the threshold for free shipping, that you will be responsible for the corrected shipping total. Additionally, if you received any free merchandise due to a coupon code requiring a certain amount spent, you will be responsible for either returning the free merchandise in new, unused, unwashed condition or be subject to the amount of the free product being deducted from your total refund.

While we and our wholesalers make every effort to ensure that your products are free from defect, it does happen every once in a while. We are happy to help you return/exchange flawed or defective merchandise directly with the manufacturer. Please contact us if you need any assistance with this process.
